Mission Statement

At Cascade Pacific, our mission is to provide compassionate care and find loving forever homes for small

animals in need across the Pacific Northwest. We are a grass roots organization that is dedicated to the

well-being and welfare of every animal that comes into our care.

Our primary goal is to rescue, rehabilitate, and home small animals, including dogs, cats, rabbits, and other

domestic companions. We strive to address their physical, emotional, and medical needs, ensuring they receive

the best possible care during their stay with us.

Central to our mission is the belief that every animal deserves a chance for a happy and fulfilling life. We work

tirelessly to match each animal with a loving and responsible adoptive family, taking into consideration their

unique personalities, needs, and compatibility.

Cascade Pacific Rescue relies on the generous support of community. We gratefully accept donations to provide

essential resources, such as quality food, medical treatments, vaccinations, and spaying/neutering services. By

doing so, we ensure that our animals receive the necessary care to thrive and increase their chances of finding

their forever homes.

Our Adventure Thus Far

Cascade Pacific Rescue, is a Washington state 501©(3) nonprofit corporation, was founded in December 2023 with a mission to provide compassionate care and find loving forever homes for small animals in need across the Pacific Northwest. As a grassroots organization, Cascade Pacific Rescue is dedicated to the well-being and welfare of every animal that comes into its care. Rotational Grazing: Instead of keeping animals in a fixed area, rotational grazing involves periodically moving them to different sections of the pasture. This practice offers several advantages:

    • Biodiversity: By allowing the land to rest and recover, rotational grazing promotes diverse plant species. Different areas of the pasture support various plants, which benefits insects, birds, and other wildlife.
    • Soil Health: Rotating animals prevents overgrazing in one spot. As a result, soil compaction is reduced, and organic matter can accumulate. Healthy soil supports plant growth and sequesters carbon.
    • Animal Health: Animals have access to fresh forage, which is nutritionally rich. They also avoid parasite buildup, as they move away from their own manure.
    • Water Conservation: Rotational grazing reduces water runoff and erosion. It allows the land to absorb rainwater more effectively.
    • Sustainable Land Use: By managing pastures in this way, your farm rescue contributes to a greener world by ensuring sustainable land use and healthier ecosystems.

Transforming communities

through Gardening

🌿 The Healing Garden:

  • Lush Greenery: Our garden blooms with native plants, vibrant flowers, and towering trees. It’s a place where nature whispers its secrets to those who listen.
  • Quiet Corners: Secluded benches invite reflection and connection. Visitors can sit alongside our rescued animals, sharing stories and finding solace.
  • Therapeutic Bond: Whether it’s brushing a horse’s mane, cuddling with a friendly pig, or simply breathing in the fresh air, our garden fosters connections that mend hearts.

🌼 Get Involved:

  • Volunteer: Join our community of compassionate souls. From tending to the garden beds to feeding our beloved animals, every pair of hands makes a difference.
  • Donate: Your support allows us to continue our dual mission of rescuing animals and providing therapy. Every contribution plants seeds of hope.
  • Spread the Word: Share our story with friends, family, and fellow animal lovers. Together, we can create ripples of kindness that extend far beyond our garden gates.
